Description: Wealth-building typically doesn’t happen overnight, or in five years. It’s a series of steps that you take over time. It’s about creating the overall financial picture you want. This workshop will introduce you to strategies and tools to create an action plan that you can use to build wealth through homeownership. Current homeowners who have fallen behind on their mortgage payments and face the prospect of losing their homes are in danger of being targeted by foreclosure rescue scammers. Walk away from this session with a full understanding of how foreclosures work, how to establish realistic objectives, options to help you avoid foreclosure, and tips to avoid scams and fraud.
